- Steel Frame, Tie Down Straps & Anchors, Doors, Windows, Sliding Doors, Load Bearing Framing Members, Sub-Floor Structure, Interior Walls, and More.
7 Years of Systems & Appliances Warranty
- Electrical System- All Components and Parts including Ceiling Fans except for those listed under Exclusions. Please check with your housing consultants if you have any questions.
- Electrical Air Conditioning System- Condenser, Metering Devices, Evaporator Coils and Drain Lines, Air Handling Unit, Air Handling Transition, Secondary Drain Pan and Lines, Refrigerant Lines.
- Plumbing System- Leaks & Ruptures of Water, Drain, Gas, Waste or Vent Lines. Toilet Wax Ring Seals, Toilet Tanks and Bowls. Valves for Shower, Tub, Diverter, Angle Stops, Risers & Gate Valves, Built-in bathtub Whirlpool Motor & Pump Assemblies.
- Heating System- Furnace Transition, Evaporator Coils & Drain Lines, Air Handling Transition, Air Handling Unit, Refrigerant Lines & Drain Pan.
- Appliances- Oven Range/ Cooktop, Refrigerator, Built-in Microwave, Dishwasher, Clothes Washer and Dryer, Garbage Disposal, Water Heater.
