We take pride in the homes we offer here at Pratt Homes, one of those homes being the Tumbleweed park model tiny home. Living up to its classification as a tiny home, the Tumbleweed is truly the miniature version of a house. This home’s exterior is reminiscent of a dollhouse – gorgeous, timeless, and classic (with a spacious front porch to boot). Once you step inside the house, you’ll first be greeted by the large kitchen, complete with an island, full-size appliances, and enough cabinet space to never leave you short on storage. The kitchen space extends out into a living room area, a perfect place to put a comfy couch to relax and take it easy. Further back, what immediately catches your eye is the large open loft, with easily accessible stairs to move up and down with ease. Loft spaces are great for additional bedrooms, an office, or a hobby space. Further back, you’ll find the bathroom, and a spacious bedroom conveniently situated underneath the loft. Throughout the home is a myriad of windows, which give this tiny house awesome natural light and adds to the spacious feel of the home. At Pratt Modular Homes, we never build two homes exactly alike. Homes displayed on our website are our model homes and the homes we built exclusively for our valued customers.
