The Pratt Homes team are top notch. The finance manager Chuck found us a better rate than what we could get on a site built home. During construction Reggie was there to answer any questions or concerns. I have built homes in the past and it was a nightmare. If I chose to move again it will only be a Pratt Home.
summertime electric bills for our Franklin Home have been awesome...thought you might like to have as an example when customers ask about how energy efficient the Franklin homes are.Our bills this summer have been great and the house is always cool
My husband and I went through Pratt Homes to get a home. They were amazing! They helped us in every way possible to make sure we got what we wanted. Their staff worked so hard to make sure our hearts desires were met. We appreciate all that Pratt Homes has done for our family.
From the moment we walked in the door at Pratt Homes.we were made to feel at Home. Mr Pratt himself helped us even though it was almost closing time. He never rushed us.We had been to other places looking for a new home and had been very disappoint but as soon as we set down in his office he really listened to everything we had to say.He really wanted to know what we needed and what we dreamed of having. I may not have been able to get my double oven,but did get my dream kitchen. We did have a few bumps in the road but nothing that couldn\'t be worked out on the end. Pratt even took our 2000 Redmand double wide home on a trade in and we got our new dream house. We can not thank everyone at Pratt enough .From Mr.Pratt himself all the way to the guys who cleaned the house once it was setup. We thank all the people in the office, they were always easy to talk to when we had question.It was a great experience.

Stop look no further, cause these guys (PRATT HOMES) is who you need to purchase your home from. they are very courteous, attentive\'s to yours needs, and very knowledgeable of the product they sell. every home we looked at was made of the very highest quality of materials the home we chose is wonderful and i am very pleased. also they helped us find property in the school district that my son attends school this was very important to us. they assisted me with financing and \"held my hand\" though every stepof the process. I admit that the loan application process with the lending company was very stressful but pratt homes made it bearable.

Just a note to tell you how much my wife and I like our new Hampton Bay modular purchased from pratt homes of Tyler,TX. The quality is even better than I expected---attention has been given to things such as faucets ,crown moldings,lazy Susan\'s in corner cabinets,door hardware and more. We held an open house before moving in and our neighbors, some of whom have custom homes, costing several times the price of ours,were very impressed.I also want to put in a good word for Lynn Pratt.He runs a top notch organization that set the home up quickly and professionally. His crews know their business and get the job done.I would definitely recommend Pratt Homes to any potentional buyer.
I just wanted to let you know that we recently sold our pratt home that we purchased from you a few years back. Not only did you and your company build an incredible home but the service after the sale has been more than anyone could expect. The service has always been exceptional and timely. Your guys went over and above and did work long after the warranty period was up. I know that you were under no obligation to do so and you never charged me a dime. We have also enjoyed years of savings on utility costs.Our home has always been more affordable to heat and cool than any of our friends or family can imagine. I also want to thank you personally for taking exceptional care of your customer but i want to tell you I have really enjoyed the friendship that you and I and peggy have shared.Hope your business continues to prosper and may god blessyou and your family.
Bobby and I have no doubt that God sent us to Pratt Homes for reasons we are not sure of yet——-1 thing we do know HE had already selected our home. It was better than we had imagined—–as Ephesians 3:20 says. HE had already planned out our next step and we were just gonna be obedient as we had been doing for the journey.
It was Bobby’s idea to go by Pratt Homes the 1st time——-we met a young man—–I don’t even remember his name showed us the Nicholson. We were really shopping house plans at the time——–I don’t visualise well so I need to see something before I built it. Frankly, I was scared to death all the decisions that had to be made——paint, floor, cabinet knobs, doors, windows, etc etc.———
We walked into the Nicholson home——-neither of us said much. He showed us a couple of other homes——I barely remember them. We went home. As we traveled down HIWA 31——we said almost simultaneosly——I loved that house. We talked about it constantly——-I am not sure when we went back—–we were going back and forth from Kilgore to Trinidad packing up my mom’s house as it had been sold to her church. When we went back the original young man didn’t work there any more——enter Joe. We looked at the Nicholson again——-and several others that Joe wanted to show us——we fell in love with Joe——-I am pretty sure he thought we were the weirdest people he had ever met.
We were looking for a home to move to Bobby’s family’s ranch. We were retiring and moving there at the end of the school year. We were putting it on one of the lakes on the ranch—–the Nicholson had all the rooms that we wanted to face the lake faced the lake——–It was such a comfortable welcoming home, all the colors were so appealing, the kitchen was so full of cabinets, draweres and the window would look out on the lake. Every time we looked at it we loved it more and could envision living there——–every time we went by Joe would show us another house——–every time we would look and we would say no we like our house better. Joe began to help us plan the changes that we wanted to make it even more our home. He listened to us—–agreed with a lot of our thoughts and threw in his own ideas——talked us through some of ours——why they were good ideas or not. He was a huge help and sounding board. Joe became our friend. We began to thank God for sending us to Pratt Homes and such a nice young man to help us with our 34 year old dream of living at the C6 Ranch again after more than 30 years away.
Joe was exhaustive in getting all the details correct. We went over them over and over and over——it was driving us crazy. He said “No, I want to make sure it is just like you want it” So we would go over them again. We are still waiting for him to come see us so we can show him our dream come true. We talk about how much we appreciate his guidance and leadership all the time.
Joe told us that we could use Pratt movers, foundation people, plumber and electricians or choose our own.
We chose our own foundation person, plumber and electrician and used their mover. We have been happy with those choices.
